DESCRIPTION: It's inevitable. Whether it be from larger injuries (think pulled hamstring, car accident, or prior surgeries), or from gradual onset repetitive overuse, all of us suffer from a history of physical trauma.

Luckily, the human body is an incredibly resilient and adaptive system. It gets increasingly better at whatever we force it do. In this way our bodies learn to heal AROUND our injuries, essentially leading us to compensate, which we do well, for a while.

Over time, we compensate more and more, until we run out of the ability to further adapt with injuries or imbalances, becoming compromised and losing the ability to do the things we love.

We get stiffer, less flexible, and accumulate these nagging injuries, aches and pains that we can only begin to describe as "The normal amount of pain”. It's not your fault, but its not normal. It's also not your age, and it's not inevitable. Come and learn how to identify what specifically in your own history is holding you back, and more importantly, how you can fix the issue, permanently, and do the things you love even better.

PREREQUISITES: None! This is largely seminar style, with some demos and a tiny bit of movement. Just bring yourself, and wear anything you'd like.
