Fast Track Performance

FastTrack is for AerialCLT students who have already performed through our Audition Track in the student showcase a minimum of 2 times (not necessarily on the same apparatus) and would like to have more independence in the creative process. Instead of being guided through your choreography and finessing of the final piece through classes, you will be responsible for doing this independently during your own practice times. To start this process you will enroll in Fast Track, submit an audition video 4 weeks prior to the show, and attend on of the classes during rehearsal week for your rehearsal.

What you get in the Fast Track Student Showcase Course:

• 25% off private lessons if you would like some 1 on 1 time to prepare your piece
• 1 dress rehearsal (attend during one of the guided or audition classes the week of rehersal)
• your performance on the AerialCLT YouTube channel for you to share with friends and family online (due to copyright laws and YouTube, some songs may be silenced and is out of our control)
• professional photos will be available for additional purchase (usually a few dollars each)

Things you are responsible for to prepare for the Student Showcase:

• choreographing your own piece & submitting your audition video
• choosing your music (you must provide an MP3 or MP4)
• choosing and purchasing your costume, hair, makeup, headpieces, props, etc (NO GLITTER!)
• attending dress rehearsal
• continuing to attend class on the apparatus you are performing on a minimum of one time per week (Private Track counts for this)
• submitting your performance information form
• attending additional practice times ($10 a visit or included in Unlimited and Private Track packages). Practice Time Schedule HERE.

Apparatus Available To Perform On:
*heights are without mats, and approximate, as the floor is not level throughout the studio. This is as exact as we can get with measurements!

• 4 high silks
  
• 1 tab-less single point lyra, 36" (fixed height, between 53-56" from ground)
  
• 1 tabbed double point lyra, 36" (fixed height, between 53-56" from ground)
  
• 1 static trapeze (height of middle bar, fixed height, 62" from ground)
  
• 1 dance trapeze (height of middle bar, fixed height, 62" from ground)
  
• 1 hammock (fixed height, roughly 45" from floor)
  
• 1 rope (upon performers request and approval prior to performance prep beginning)

Fine Print:

• You must attend a dress rehearsal in order to perform.
• You must be able to get through your entire choreography to submit your audition video as one continues run through.
  
• If you at any point in the process you pose as a safety concern you will not be permitted to perform and no refund will be given.
• You must continue to attend a minimum of 2 lessons a month in the apparatus you are performing on (Private Track counts for this)
• By enrolling in this course you agree and commit to the above.
