Hand Balancing
Being an aerialist requires so much pulling and hanging. Our negative muscles often get overlooked and weaken as a result. Take this class with Sarah to help wake up those push muscles, while learning something fun and new! This class is meant for beginners with no experience at all, all the way through high level handstanders! A mat or padded area would be helpful for this class as we will be working on our hands and wrists. Must be able to hold a plank for 10 seconds (can be done from knees).
