Advanced Vertical classes are a mixture of aerial silks and rope techniques for the advanced aerialist. Some units will be rope intensive, some will be more fabric intensive. Every unit will require advanced strength or flexibility prerequisites in order for students to access the next level skills presented in Advanced Vertical class. Enjoy!
