Terms and conditions for Private Track Program
Private Track Program Terms & Conditions
In the Private Track program, you get 2 60 minute private lessons plus unlimited practice times per month (listed times on the calendar, only). You will also receive a 25% discount off of additional private lessons (regular price is $85 per hour).
Scheduling
You are responsible for booking your 2 private lessons throughout the month. It is recommended that you schedule the private lessons at least 2 weeks apart but speak with your instructor if you have questions or concerns. If you do not schedule your private lessons, they will not roll over to the next month and will be forfeited.
Renewal & Plan Cancellation:
This plan will automatically renew every 30 days. If you wish to cancel, simply email us at info@AerialCLT.com a minimum of 7 days prior to your billing date with your name and reason for canceling and we will cancel any future payments. There are no minimum months of purchase.
Holds:
No holds or pauses are available for the Private Track program.
Refunds:
Once your card is charged for a particular billing cycle, a refund can not be issued. If you wish to cancel your enrollment in the Private Track program, you must email us at info@aerialclt.com to do so and prevent further billings.
Class Cancellations:
24 hour notice is required to cancel and/or reschedule a private lesson. If you late cancel or no-show, you will forfeit that private lesson or be charged $85.
24 hour notice is required to cancel and/or reschedule a practice time. If you late cancel or no-show, you will be charged $10.
24 hour notice is required to cancel and/or reschedule a studio rental. If you late cancel or no-show, you will be charged $30.
If your card is declined, your plan will be reduced by the number of days that equal to the amount owed.
